Luncheon By Design and Full of Fashion Too!

I was a very lucky girl a couple weeks ago! What a perfect way to relieve finals stress by going to the Luncheon by Design event at the Denver Art Museum where Ken Downing, the Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus spoke to us about fall trends. For those of you who couldn’t make it: fur, burgundy, jewel tones, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s elements of suiting, ladylike dressing, minimalism and sexy seventies dresses a la Jagger. A big thank you to Neiman Marcus for the invitation! I had a pleasant time soaking in the fashion from all angles, on screen and in the room. Here’s a peek at some of the most fashionable folk. The last photo is of what I wore, taken for the Denver Post by Steve Peterson.
