Caroline Sieber: I Want to Meet Her

After reading about Caroline Sieber in Vogue, and how she was elected by Chanel as one of their five lovely ambassadors, I had to research more. Her style is what caught my eye, and those legs, oh, those beautiful ballerina gams we all covet! Her juxtaposition of rocker and femme make my Austrian roots go a flutter. She is able to pull pencil legged, black trousers and a Chanel jacket, without appearing old and dowdy, always classic, and cutting edge. It turns out, Sieber is many a fashion bloggers’ lust. writes, “Caroline was raised between Vienna and Tyrol and came to London to be an accountant. She decided to become a stylist instead and currently dates banker Fritz von Westenholz. Anna Wintour apparently spotted her at the wedding of Arthur Mornington and Jemma Kidd and put her on the committee for the Costume Institute Gala in 2005. She and Selma Blair were the only two people who Karl Lagerfeld allowed to wear Chanel to the event. The magazines say that she never wears the same thing twice and likes Krispy Kreme Doughnuts from the counter at Harrods.”
Candy Colored Buddha blog fans Sieber as well calling her the “Numero Uno Stylist,” (she is Emma Watson’s stylist). She was most recently quoted in a Vogue article by Stephanie LaCAva as saying she loved all the “drama” of Rodarte’s AAW/10 show, just as she pranced off to Proenza Schouler’s show.
